ABOUT ME

I help organizations design better ways of working.

With a background in product management, service design, and systems implementation, I have delivered solutions across health care, high tech, and the justice sector. I have worked on enterprise systems in hospitals, built digital products for some of the world’s top brands, and improved public services inside government.

My approach is simple and effective. I help teams understand people’s needs, focus on what matters most, and align tools, processes, and ways of working to meet those needs. When these pieces connect, organizations stop reacting and start delivering real value. That can mean better services, more support for staff, or a stronger bottom line.

Every business challenge is a design problem in disguise. Thoughtful and strategic planning is how you work smarter, reduce stress, and reclaim your time for what you do best.

I hold an MBA in Sustainable Innovation and a BSc in Health Informatics from the University of Victoria. This systems thinking lens ensures I approach complexity with long term thinking, solutions that stick, and outcomes that actually last.
