I help leaders design and run the systems that keep the business moving. I work at the level where decisions meet delivery. With a background in product management, service design, and systems implementation, I’ve led work across health care, tech, government, and professional services. My focus is helping teams see how work actually flows and align operations with intent. When systems support the work instead of scrambling it, better delivery follows.

I hold an MBA in Sustainable Innovation and a BSc in Health Informatics from the University of Victoria. I live in Victoria, B.C. with my family.
